About this event

We’re in the midst of the most significant productivity decline in US history. During 2022, quarterly labor costs increased by 7 percent while productivity declined by 3.2 percent. Changing work habits, unprecedented inflation, pressure on margins, and recession risks are ushering in a renewed focus on optimizing productivity.

Eight out of 10 of the largest private U.S. employers currently track the productivity metrics of individual workers; and some are using artificial intelligence to gain deeper insights from this data.

When implemented effectively, productivity scores can improve company performance while empowering employees, accelerating their career growth, and improving their experience at work. Those that get productivity scores wrong risk eroding company culture and cohesiveness.

Join us for a highly interactive discussion led by Dr. Tommy Weir, in which we will explore issues like:

  • How worker productivity is being managed today
  • How productivity management is impacting the nature of our workforces
  • How productivity management will impact the way we lead our organizations

We’ll follow Chatham House Rules. Dinner, drinks, and plenty of opportunities for networking will be provided.
