Join Campbelltown City Council and bird specialist/photographer Mark Fuller for a FREE Walk & Talk at Scattergood Reserve, St Helen's Park.

Location: Meet us at the corner of Boongary St and Larapinta Cres, St Helens Park 2560.

Details: Join us for a morning bushwalk to look & capture the diverse Scattergood Reserve. Located near the Woolwash this lovely reserve is home to a variety of wildlife including koalas.

We will take a morning wander via the forest & creeks through a variety of habitats, and look for an array of wildlife that is found within them. Mark Fuller will provide plenty of tips and tricks to get the most out off you photos in this beautiful part of the larger Georges River Corridor.

Flora: Hoeva, Mountain Devil, Indigofera australis.

Fauna: Wide range of bush birds including honey eaters and robins.

Walking grade: Grade 3: Easy-Moderate

Participants are advised to arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start time. Please enter through the single gate to the south of the main sporting building. Upon arrival at the meeting point, you will be met by staff and briefed on important information.

Please wear long pants, sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing. Bring a bottle of water, and if you have them, camera and binoculars to help you get the best out of your wildlife spotting!
