Paying by Purchase Order as a group from one district?

We suggest each individual complete their own registration and follow these directions:

  1. Select Individual registration and select quantity (one or more than one person can register but each will need to submit their personal information)
  2.  Scroll down below the word "REGISTER" and look for "show other payment options" located underneath the bigger sign "Register".    Click "show other payment options".  At this point a sign will come on that says, "Pay offline".  Click on the word "Pay Offline"
  3.  The person then completes the form with their personal information.  At the end of the form, the individual clicks on "Pay by Invoice".  This is the term used by the site and means the same as purchase order.  You will be directed to list the PO # that your name will be listed on. This completes the registration for that individual.
  4.  Finally, prior to the conference date have the district send MABE (massmabe@gmail.com; subject line "Purchase Order  2014 Conference") a copy of the Purchase form with the order number and a list of all the teachers under that purchase order.
