Chef’s Table: A Front-Row Culinary Journey


Every two months, the LUSH & HUSH Chef’s Table opens a new chapter —a nine-course tasting journey that travels through the flavours, stories, and landscapes of three destinations around the world.

Across a full year, the journey spans 18 destinations, from Sydney’s ocean breeze and Kyoto’s quiet harmony to Sicily’s golden Mediterranean warmth.

Here, the kitchen becomes a theatre.

Lobster, Japanese A5 wagyu, and market-fresh seafood are transformed in front of you —each course plated, finished, or fired live at the table.

A tasting menu designed not just to be eaten, but to be experienced.

Part I — LUSH Hour (Optional)

5:00–6:30 PM · £39

Begin the evening with an elegant prelude. A free-flowing champagne hour paired with five chef’s pop-up bites:

wagyu spring roll, croquette, crispy king prawn, and oysters two ways.

A sparkling overture before the culinary journey begins.


Part II — Chef’s Table: Season One

First Seating 6:45–8:00 PM · Second Seating 8:30–11:00 PM

A nine-course tasting that charts a path from the Pacific to the Mediterranean —

a movement through sea, mountains, and sun.

Includes a signature welcome cocktail.

Optional three-wine pairing available (+£45).
