Part 1: Lupus and Exercise

Just like everyone else, people with lupus need to exercise regularly or engage in some kind of movement, and most people with lupus can take part in some form of activity. Learn about the many benefits of exercise and how to modify movements from a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Having lupus can make the demands of everyday life challenging. You should not ignore the limitations that come with this disease but there are steps you can take to stay active with work, relationships, and events that enrich your life.
