Pain is one of those symptoms that is not acknowledged like some of the other symptoms when discussing Parkinson’s disease but it occurs in 80% of PD patients. While managing Parkinson’s disease is unpredictable and a challenge, adding the discomfort of chronic pain is another hurdle that you have to overcome and can affect your quality of life. You may ask yourself “Is it the Parkinson’s?” Join us for this education event as a professional discusses how to manage pain while living with Parkinson’s disease.
Dr. Keiran Tuck, Neurologist with The Oregon Clinic. He completed a Neurology Residency and Movement Disorder Fellowship at OHSU. He sees all types of neurological disorders at the clinic but focuses on people with tremors, dystonia and Parkinson’s disease.
