Robin Lu

Robin is a partner and Chief Operating Officer at First Respond 第一反®, a leading Chinese social enterprise and the very first Certified B Corp in Mainland China dedicated to delivering exceptional quality first aid training, services, and solutions.

Beginning from 2012, Robin participated more than dozens of race events in China including Shanghai International Marathon (2013-2015) and Gobi Challenge (2015) as a First Respond 第一反® first-aid volunteer. Inspired by the First Respond 第一反®’s value in “doing good” through business innovation, Robin decided to join the company as a full-time employee in 2014. Currently, being responsible for the daily operation and overall management strategies related to product development, corporate growth, and financing, he serves as the core axis of the company.

Previous to joining First Respond 第一反®, Robin worked in Fortune 500 companies focusing on tech innovation, business development, service and product innovation, and EH&S for more than ten years.

Robin also graduated from China Europe International Business School MBA as an honor student and currently holds AHA BLS Instructor, UIA EMT Instructor, and WMA Offshore Emergency Medicine Certification.

Min Ko

Min is a partner and International Affairs Director at First Respond 第一反应®, a leading Chinese social enterprise and the very first Certified B Corp in Mainland China dedicated to delivering exceptional quality first aid training, services, and solutions.

Along with her core management team members, she is a firm believer in using a sustainable business model to solve today’s most challenging social and environmental problems. As she took a leading role in First Respond 第一反应® becoming the very first B Corp in Mainland China, she is also engaged in providing a pro-bono consulting service to various Chinese social entrepreneurs seeking for B Corp certification in the region.

Being exposed to international community since the young age, Min has professional work experiences in hospitality management and global HR in three different countries including Korea, China, and the US.

She also is an MBA graduate of China Europe International Business School and a member of International Professional Women’s Society in Shanghai.
