Join me for rejuvenating breathwork at Pennie’s Bakehouse! Take a break from your busy day and immerse yourself in a 45-minute guided breathwork experience. I will lead you through various breathing techniques to help you balance your nervous system and de-stress, leaving you feeling calm and recharged for the rest of your day. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in breathwork, this session is perfect for anyone curious about breathwork but short on time.

This isn’t another wellness talk — it’s a hands-on experience designed for busy people who are curious about how conscious breathing can unlock focus and calm in the middle of a hectic day.

No prior experience needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to pause, breathe, and reset.

No refunds but you may gift your place to someone else - please advise them of health contraindications (below) and let me know the name change so I know who to expect on the day.


Please note: I practice YogaBody breathing which is generally very safe and accessible for the majority of people . However I am not a medical professional. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated. Please seek medical advice before participating and inform me before the session:

  • High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
  • Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Detached Retina or Glaucoma
  • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
  • Recent surgery or major injury
  • Severe mental health conditions
  • Pregnancy (first trimester)
  • Asthma – if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to attend providing you bring your inhaler to the session.
