Enjoy free lunch and a talk by award-winning author and co-founder and president of the National Black Women's Justice Institute, Dr. Monique Morris. Dr. Morris' acclaimed book, Pushout: The Criminalization of Black Girls in Schools, brought new attention to how schools create pathways to confinement, not just for boys of color but also girls.
