Cost: 4 class pass for $40 or $13 single drop in.

What to Expect: Wear clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. We have limited changing room space and do not have lockers for personal items at the moment so please plan accordingly. Check our FAQs below for any further questions.

Mckenna fell in love with vinyasa the moment she tried it. To move through poses like a dance led by the breath allowed her to deeply connect the mind with the body. She grew an immense appreciation for yin as well. Each class is different every time you come. She loves to focus on different chakras as a theme for the class. Prepare to challenge yourself mentally and physically in her classes. Change happens in our body and mind when we are uncomfortable. There is no judgement or competition in yoga and she likes to emphasize this. She strives to encourage love and strength for oneself and others throughout her classes. She believes we could always use a reminder of how lit our fire is within.

She is referred to as Beeryasa because she also has a strong passion for craft beer. She blogs about mindfulness, wellness, and craft beer because “life is all about balance” so whether you are looking to build habits to help you ground yourself or are looking for strength building and increased flexibility Mckenna is determined to help you. Her goal is to spread love and kindness through teaching yoga, sharing positive affirmations, and more. Her vinyasa classes tend to have added fire to strengthen the core and quiet the mind.
