Description: Embracing diversity and inclusion as core values for nonprofit organizations creates the opportunity for positive outcomes and a stronger bottom line. Data shows that diversity can boost the quality of decision making and a diverse workplace encourages more creative and innovative ideas that enhance the outcomes of a nonprofit's mission. These values need to be demonstrated throughout the nonprofit, not just written on a page. Join us as we look at how one company incorporates diversity and inclusion into their core business practices, with positive results to their bottom line.
