About this Session: Becoming A Best Place to Work
Nxtbook founders, Michael Biggerstaff and Roxanne Edwards never set out for the "Best Place to Work" recognition. They had one goal - create the place they always wanted to work but could never find. This thinking guided their decisions and ultimately led Nxtbook to be ranked at the top of the Best Places to Work in PA list for eight years, taking home the 1st place prize four times. Taking steps to be a best place to work increases productivity levels, reduces staff stress and turnover, and stimulates new interest in your business activities. In this session, Nxtbook Media’s Chief Inspiration Officer discusses techniques to influence culture that can be easily translated for your own company, helping you create a best place to work. Whether you win an award or not, you can develop a winning place to work!
