Do you lose yourself in a haze of stress as you balance academics with other responsibilities, like a job or family? As overwhelming as it all seems, there are healthy and productive ways to tackle the pressures of grad school.

We invite you to join us in learning beneficial strategies for successful students, such as managing anxiety and stress, increasing awareness and concentration, and cultivating a sense of presence and focus. Presented by the Mind Body Clinic.
