Only Employees of the City of Detroit

About this event

During this session we will explore:

  • Some examples of what being a trustworthy leader is about
  • Some ways leaders can create a culture of trust

We will examine how you can assess the current levels of trust in your workplace and review the Jacobs Model that focuses on both extrinsic (external) and intrinsic (internal). Extrinsic motivators are outside of the person, while intrinsic comes from within. Both types can be beneficial and used to help build trust.

You bring your lunch and we will provide the learning (lunch is NOT provided).”
