Description

Imposter Syndrome – And What To Do About It

Do you ever hear a little voice in your head saying, “You're not ready. It’s already been done. What will everyone think? Who are you to think you can run a business anyway?” If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have been impacted by imposter syndrome. These fraudy thoughts can influence everything about our business, from sharing a new product or raising prices to hitting publish on our website or getting started with a business in the first place. The good news is that we can do something about it! In this interactive session, coach and speaker Heather Whelpley will share why imposter syndrome exists, how it affects us, and ways you can truly own your brilliance. You will leave the session with:

  • Tools to recover quickly from doubt
  • Methods to reconnect and listen to your true inner voice – instead of the inner critic
  • Exercises to get a clear understanding of the unique value you bring

In this session we'll utilize lecture, small group activies and discussion to leave you feeling ready to tackle your inner self-doubt.
