About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

We’ll highlight key programs and tools that help providers connect clients to mental health support and community resources—including VMAP for Mom+ and Unite Us. You’ll also learn how your practice or organization can partner with Postpartum Support Virginia (PSVa) through Shelane's Fund, Care Coordination, and Peer Support services to expand your network and ensure families don’t fall through the cracks.

If you are wondering about the programs or resources mentioned, ask your questions here for them to be answered live during our Lunch & Learn!

This session is ideal for mental health providers, medical professionals, and perinatal support workers who want to streamline referrals, collaborate more effectively, and improve access to perinatal care.
