Join us at the Charles H Wright Museum

A Free Lunch and Learn on Controlling Building Envelope Air Leakage or “How Big is Your Hole?The presentation covers how to apply and use air barriers in industrial, commercial and multi dwelling buildings. We will also discuss Healthy Buildings = Healthy & Happy Environments” and the impact of building air leakage on a building's sustainable durability, occupant comfort, health, productivity and overall energy efficiency.

Presenter Steven Tratt, Canam Building Envelope Specialists/Tremco will introduce a new iPad App that collects the required data to assess a building’s existing air barrier continuity. The App predicts energy saving measures and provides a customize comprehensive air barrier report.

Presenter: About the presenter

Steven Tratt, Canam Building Envelope Specialists/ Tremco

Steve has over 26 years of experience in the building envelope air barrier industry, including expertise in air leakage testing and weatherization materials.  He has worked extensively in the custom design of building science solutions for the education, healthcare, commercial and government markets. His material expertise includes two component polyurethane foam insulating air sealants, door and window weather‐stripping, fire stopping systems and air tightness testing equipment.
