Lunarhood women's new moon circle: embracing our wild power

Woah... We're coming out the other side of eclipse season, retrograde and a powerful full moon in Capricorn so there's been a lot to let go of. As we head into a new moon cycle (the second of the year in Cancer!), it's a good opportunity to not only reflect on the interntions last new moon in Cancer, but it's also the chance delve into our own moon cycle and embrace our wild power! Yes, I'm talking periods.

What we get taught at school is the tip of the bleeding iceberg, so I will be holding space for us to talk openly and honestly about our cycle and take a dive into how our cycle affects us physically and emotionally and how this is actually our hidden power. Working with my own cycle has changed my life and I can't wait to share it with you all.

It will form part of our collective healing by embracing our natural wild power and learning to work with the beauty of our own moon cycle, throughout all four of our own seasons.

As always, I will guide you through a beautiful visualisation/ meditation to allow us to drop into the space and focus on what we want to call in for the month ahead. It's a chance to take some time out for yourself and connect with some wonderful women in a relaxed and welcoming virtual space under the new moon... whilst also learning how to embrace our monthly cycles.

There will be a chance to journal and share as little or as much as you like. It's super powerful being in each other's beautiful energy and especially on the new moon! Come and create intentions full of purpose that will bring joy to your month ahead, with the support of a loving Lunarhood.

Get comfortable with your journal, light some candles, get your essential oils/ incense out and make your favourite cuppa as we settle in for a loving circle. Prompt 6.00pm start :)
