Thank you for your interest in participating with Just Between Friends of Ventura as a vendor for our LuLaPalooza event at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. Vendor spaces give you the opportunity to put your product in front of our specific target group of parents, families and expectant mothers. Vendors are available on a first paid, first served basis. There will be 10 LuLaRoe vendors.

We are offering several different ways to advertise your business.

Vendor Spots

Vendor Spots are sold as individual days. All spaces are placed indoor on the floor to receive most traffic from Shoppers.

1. Booth is a 10 ft x 10 ft space. Please ensure that what you bring will fit within a 10 x 10 space as you will be directly side by side with other Vendors and must stay within your space. Typically a 8 ft table, and 1-2 clothing racks will fit. You must bring your own as only a empty space is provided.

2. Banner Display

Provide your business or organization’s banner (no larger than 4’x8’) and we’ll hang it on the wall for the 1,000+ shoppers to see.

3. Swag Bag

Can't make the event but still want to reach families in the area? Provide a valuable coupon, discount, promotional/gift item, or business card to go into our Swag Bags, which will be given to the first 250 shoppers. Keep in mind, giveaways with some sort of use/value (pens, toys, stickers, coupons, special offers, etc.) tend to catch our shoppers attention more than just a postcard or flyer. Pieces can be no larger than 5" x 8". You may choose any color paper and use both sides. You design and print (cut to size if needed) the ad or coupon. You provide 250 copies of your ad and must be received before our deadline (Oct 1, 2017). Materials must be mailed to address below by Oct 1, 2017

Event will take place during our 2 public sale days below. You can select one or both of the days.

1. Saturday November 4th 9:00am-7:00pm

2. Sunday November 5th 9:00am-2:00pm

We are offering LuLaRoe vendors a discounted rate for this event. Discounted rate is offered in exchanged for the following items:

1. LuLaRoe vendor must post about our event in their LuLaRoe VIP Facebook group advertising of Consultant giving aways a pair of leggings in which the Customer must pick up at the Just Between Friends sales event. Leggings will be of customers choice of what is available at the event. You must include what day you will be at the event for them to pick up.

2. LuLaRoe vendor must advertise in a separate post than the Legging Giveaway of selecting FIVE winners of Pre-Sale Passes to shop the Friday (Nov 3) event anytime between 3:30pm-8:30pm. Each winner is allowed to bring one friend.

**Facebook advertising and graphic will be provided 2 weeks prior to the sale. Not advertising both items will result in forfeiture of your reservation. Must email proof of advertisement and giveaway winners to amandagobo@jbfsale.com**

Your payment constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions with Just Between Friends of Ventura, Gobo Enterprises, LLC

  • After you purchase your spot you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite immediately.

Two weeks before the event you will be sent a detailed email about vendor set-up, and any other important information.


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Just Between Friends (JBF) Rights and Responsibilities

  • JBF will provide the vendor with the designated space rental; for the Just Between Friends Event.
  • JBF provides a vendor space area. You will need to provide table, chairs, etc. No eletricity is provided.
  • JBF will only allow distribution of marketing materials that are appropriate for this type of sale.
  • JBF will allow you to hand out said marketing materials ONLY at your table. You will not be permitted to leave your materials anywhere else in the event.
  • JBF is providing you with space to promote your business. Soliciting JBF customers on the sales floor is strictly prohibited. Solicitation will result in forfeiture of your vendor space.
  • JBF reserves the right to provide a diversified group of vendors.
  • JBF Reserves the right to turn away any vendor that does not comply with these rules.


Vendor Rights and Responsibilities

  • The Vendor agrees that no animals (except licensed service animals with documentation) are permitted at vendor tables.
  • The Vendor agrees that all items you wish to purchase at the sale must be purchased prior to returning to your table. Only sold items, with a receipt, can be held at your table. You MAY NOT hold items you intend to purchase at your vendor space/table.
  • The vendor has the right to sell any family oriented merchandise associated with his/her company ONLY. The Vendor is responsible for all taxes that may be applicable and will abide by the City & State Tax laws.
  • The Vendor is responsible for all bookkeeping needs. This includes having needed cash for change.
  • The Vendor will have their space vacated and clean by close of business for the pre-selected days of participation.
  • The vendor understands that Just Between Friends of Ventura, Gobo Enterprises, LLC., Ventura County Fairgrounds, and its participants are not responsible for any missing items and Vendor will hold Just Between Friends of Ventura, Gobo Enterprises, LLC., Ventura County Fairgrounds and its participants harmless for any material losses from theft or otherwise, as well as any physical injuries incurred during the event.
  • A vendor representative must be present throughout the sale time.
  • Event Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance Policy to Gobo Enterprises, LLC listed as the insured for the conduct of the sanctioned event. However, if this is not provided after purchase of the vendor booth through eventbrite, vendors will automatically waive proof of General Liability insurance, which in doing so waives Gobo Enterprises, LLC of any damages, injuries, adverse effects, and/or death incurred due to Event Vendor of the products or services sold by the vendor, and agree to hold Gobo Enterprises, LLC harmless.
  • The vendor will only display professional sinage. NO Handwritten signs.
