Okay seriously, what can we "lucky" people REALLY expect?

A truly outstanding experience from start to finish, and lots of ways to enjoy it. Phenomenal food & drink, new and exciting ways to win unbelievable items and experiences (don’t be late or you’ll miss one of the coolest ways to do it - bye bye silent auction, helllooooooo BIG BOARD! Be early and be READY!), an enviable cache of live auction offerings, extravagant prize opportunities and so much more! Did we mention the ponies are participating???

But what if I don’t know how to play any casino games?

There is no pressure to play. We are excited to offer our guests a fully serviced and professionally staffed casino experience with ample gaming provided for everyone from the newbie wheel spinner through the high stakes card shark. Our helpful dealers are happy to coach you through whatever games may interest you. And if casino gaming isn’t for you, take advantage of our incredible food & drink, try your luck on a raffle, bet on a pony race or just bring some good vibes to share with those stepping up to the tables. Your support of our event, in ANY way, is both critical to our mission and greatly appreciated.

Will I/my guests have to wait on a long registration line when I arrive? Or wait to check out at the end? BUZZKILL!!!!

Absolutely not. “Housekeeping” details will be taken care of in advance of the event by our concierge team so that you are free to enjoy yourself for the entirety of the evening.

Upon arrival an envelope will be waiting for you with all of the toys & tools you need to get your party started immediately. Any purchases/donations you choose to make throughout the evening require only your unique guest ID number (found in the aforementioned envelope). When you're through, you need only wait long enough for the Valet to fetch your car. Our team will take care of charging your tab to your "house account" accordingly. Any items purchased/won will be provided to you (either physically or representationally in the case of services, travel packages etc.) at the time of purchase/contest completion without delay.

If your ticket package includes any “auction bucks” they will be automatically applied to your final total prior to processing (limit one $50 certificate per person/two per household), which will occur within 24 hours of the event concluding. You will receive a detailed statement of any charges processed within 7 business days of the event.

So I don't need to bring anything? A check? Cards? My phone?

Just ID (because our people look so good, you just might get carded at the bar).

Other than that, no. Please don’t worry about digging out a checkbook or carrying your wallet, loading an app onto/charging your phone for bidding, or even closing out at the end of the night. Our concierge team will gladly do this for you, in association with your unique guest number and our secure processing system as described above.

What if I don’t want to provide my/my guests information in advance?

Our concierge team will be on-hand to register guests who choose not to take advantage of our pre-event services, but please be advised, while we will make every effort to serve you efficiently, this does at times create delays in entering/exiting as our volunteers will have to wear MANY hats to deliver this spectacular evening to you and a high volume of transactions can tax our processing software (and our people). Also, please note that this is a “cashless” charity event. Should you choose to make any purchases/donations on the night of the event without utilizing our pre-event services, please plan accordingly by bringing a credit card or local check with ID for payment.

Do I have to “pay to play” at the event? Will I win money back?

No & No. As we are not a licensed casino, it would be illegal for us to charge you to play our games, or to pay you money for winning. Your initial gaming provision (a.k.a “funny money” which can be turned in for chips, markers, racing bets etc.) is our gift to you, as a show of thanks for your support of our event.

If you should choose to make additional donations at our event, you may do so at any point and in any amount via our Concierge Team who will be circulating to serve you, so that you don't have to give up your lucky spot or miss a moment of fun. We are happy to provide unlimited provisions throughout the evening so that you can continue to enjoy the fun while supporting our cause. When you are through playing, simply exchange whatever provisions you have accrued for tickets and then as your final act of luck - place them as you choose to attempt to win any of our extraordinary items reserved for this purpose. There are a slew of items available valued at up to $1500 each! And remember, whether you win or lose, by the end of the evening you will have had a fantastic time and also significantly impacted Sprout’s ability to serve its ever growing student need with excellence.

Sprout is located within minutes of some of the areas most highly regarded vineyards, breweries, restaurants, and resorts as well as quaint shopping villages and a wealth of leisure activities. It would be our pleasure to assist you with organizing transportation to/from the event, as well as any local accomodations you may require to fully enjoy your evening and/or weekend.
