Below are some frequently asked questions

Are there age or ID requirements to enter the event? Can children accompany a parent?

You need to provide a government issued photo ID card verifying your age to receive admittance into the event. Children are welcome at the 2pm event and it is family friendly.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Our recommendation is to take the Green line to the Georgia Ave/Petworth station. The event is located 3 blocks from the metro station. We highly encourage all attendees to take a car share or taxi service.

Street parking is limited around Hook Hall. Please allow yourself extra time if you plan to park on the streets. Please read signage carefully and observe parking restrictions.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You will need to either bring your printed ticket or you will need to pull up your ticket on your phone.

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

Furry friends are welcome if they are on a leash and you clean up after them. Please note: this event is very loud and might be jarring for some animals.

Can I bring my baby/toddler/child?

Children are welcome at the 2pm session and it is a family friendly event. The evening sessions are 21+

What is your entry/exit policy?

The event has a no re-entry policy. Please make sure to bring everything you need with you into the event.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is permitted at the event in designated areas.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds issued for the event.
