Notes: Numbered LTR's are our 'Regular' runs. These are aimed at more seasoned trail runners and those who are comfortable running on challenging terrain for 2hrs or more. If you would like to book straight onto one of our 'Regular' runs but have not previously been on one of our Taster's - please contact us for clarification of the fitness requirements.
Footwear: Trail running shoes are highly advised as nearly all of the route is off-road. We recommend a towel and a change of shoes/clothes for after the run
