Sales Have Ended
We're delighted to invite you to join LRNG at our Fall 2016 Summit on September 28-29, 2016. This is an exclusive 2-day event designed to bring together cities and partner organizations to ground you in the basics of LRNG, and provide you an opportunity to learn from other programs and cities who have launched the LRNG movement in 2016. There is no cost for the event, however you are responsible for your own travel costs. Please note that it is advisable that any city team include representation from two to five organizations that will partner to implement LRNG in 2017. (Consider bringing representatives from the mayor's office, economic development/WIB, library, youth-serving nonprofit, maker space, or a school district, community college, chamber of commerce, potential funder, or local My Brother's Keeper/Tech Hire initiative.)
Thank you to Microsoft for their generous support of the LRNG Summit.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing you in the Bay Area at Microsoft's SIlicon Valley campus!
The LRNG Summit brings together program partners, anchor organizations, municipal leaders, corporations, and funders for a two-day event featuring an overview of LRNG, followed by collaborative, interactive sessions where attendees co-design XPs, Playlists, and Badges, and develop unique implementation plans for using the LRNG platform in 2017.

What are the airport options for this event?
You may choose from two airports: San Jose International (SJC) and San Francisco International (SFO). The San Jose airport is closer to the venue and hotels provided. Note that traffic from either airport is challenging during peak traffic times (7:30-10:00 AM or 3:00-7:00 PM).
Where shall I stay?
A list of hotels provided to LRNG by Microsoft can be emailed to you upon request. Given the price point of hotels at this time of year, you may wish to stay at a hotel near an airport for a cheaper price or an Air B&B. You will generally find cheaper hotels in San Jose; however you will want to leave your hotel by 7:15 AM to avoid traffic delays in getting to Mountain View. A list of Mountain View hotels can be found here: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g32761-Mountain_View_California-Hotels.html.
