Accommodations

Accommodations have been thoughtfully chosen. However, because of the high demand season, rooms are limited. Wednesday March 1st check-ins, to Sunday March 5th check-outs, or any length in between. Priority is given to those requiring accommodations all 4 of the nights and for out-of-town guests.

Hotel confirmations will be sent to you, once the details have been established, based on the needs of our attendees.

*Please limit Hotel requests to 1 room per person (or 1 registration for 2 per double occupancy).

*Each person should register for his or her own room, to keep continued correspondence and confirmations efficient.

Hotel rooms are approx $620 per night for single occupancy (one bed), to $700 per night double occupancy (two beds) and check in time is 3PM on the first day of check in.

Eventbrite Tickets herein (tickets) are available to request your room, for each night by selecting the night (or nights) and 1 person or 2 persons option.

We may have options for triple occupancy with pull-out sofas- please note with your ticket request in the order form field provided at checkout.

*Please note that rooms are not Free and approximate prices are reflected above, as well as on the ticket for your room request. Upon arrival, the Hotel front desk will need your credit card to secure your room.

Getting to St Petersburg and Parking

Please provide your own transportation to and from St Petersburg. Hotels are a long walk or short ride to onsite Grand Prix. There is ample parking near the St Pete Grand Prix address:100 2nd Ave N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701.

Attire

*Comfortable footwear is highly recommended. There is a great deal of walking throughout the events. Otherwise, business causal for the conference days and reception VIP party is recommended.

if you are staying for Race Days; Outdoor race fan, fun, warm Florida weather attire.

*Attendees requesting Race tickets must be present on Wednesday and Thursday at the Mahaffey Theater to receive them - lpt Realty Agents are given priority. Therefore, the request for Race tickets questions will be asked on the order form at check out.
