Grab a bottle of suntan lotion and your swimsuit and join the Loyola College Prep Class of 2015 as they experience "Visions of Paradise." Over 100 seniors will be modeling clothing from various local stores. Reserve your tickets now!
Why Attend:
- To Support Loyola: Each year parents, alumni and friends of Loyola play a crucial role in providing funds to support our missions.
- To Help Loyola Grow: Proceeds provide continuing education opportunities for faculty, upgrades to technology, campus improvements and need-based financial aid.
- To Honor Loyola Seniors: This annual event is a special tribute to our senior students.
Here is how you can help support
Loyola College Prep:
Luncheon Tickets to the Style Show:
- We ask that you only purchase the luncheon tickets you will *use*. If you wish to contribute further to the Style Show, we encourage you to make a Donation in the monetary amount of your choosing.
- Online ticket reservations will end October 27th.
- Students of LCP are not required to purchase a ticket.
- You will not be admitted without a ticket. Please print your ticket once you reserve it online.
Sweepstakes Tickets:
- We have over 100 items that have been donated totaling $19,000 worth of packages.
- Need not be present to win, but we would love for you to attend!
- You may reserve your tickets online starting September 5th and will be available until November 10th at 12:00 a.m.
- Reserve as many $5 tickets as you wish (we suggest 10 per family) and you could be the winner of one of ten incredible packages valued at a minimum of $1000 each.
- A limited number of tickets will be available the day of the Style Show.
Grand Prize Tickets: What woman wouldn't love more bling in her life?
- Reserve as many $20 Grand Prize tickets as you would like for the chance to win either a Mahogany wood and brass jewelry box valued at $600 or one pair of 18kt white gold
brilliant cut diamond circle earrings, 1.98tw valued at $6350. These items were generously donated by Sid Potts,Inc. - Need not be present to win, but we would love for you to attend!
- Reservations for online tickets will be available through November 10th at midnight.
- A limited number of tickets will be available the day of the Style Show and at home football games.
Sponsorship Opportunities: There are several great reasons to become a Sponsor for the Style Show.
- To promote your business: Special recognition for all sponsorship levels is provided through program and signage to more than 1500 guests in attendance.
- To get the best seat in the house: Top level sponsorships hold premium seating and VIP early entrance to the event.
- Tables are assigned based upon first come first serve. Deadline for Sponsorships is October 20th.

Senior Seating Tickets: MAY NOT BE PURCHASED ONLINE
- Senior Seating Tickets may be purchased for $30 a seat.
- Deadline to purchase senior seating is October 20th.
- Senior seating is determined by a lottery.
- A letter will be mailed to all Senior parents about Senior Seating the first week of September.

- No telephone reservations will be accepted.
- All tickets will be scanned with a bar code reader at the door to prevent duplicate entry.
FAQs
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Sheveport Convention Center is on the corner of Market Street and Common in downtown Shreveport. Attendees may park in the Hilton parking garage free of charge the day of the Style Show. Policeman will be directing traffic into the entrance of the parking garage on Market Street.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your luncheon ticket MUST be presented at the door for admittance. All paper tickets will be scanned to ensure no duplicity of tickets.
How will the Style Show know I have purchased tickets online for Sweepstakes Raffle or Grand Prize Raffle?
Each time a ticket is purchased, we are sent a copy of the ticket. Each ticket is kept secure until the time of the drawing.
