About this event
Join us for a conversation on low-rise housing in Los Angeles today, looking at specific Case Studies for the future of the City as we evolve from single to multiple. The ADU is now a well understood model following legislative changes allowing for widespread implementation across the State. This, combined with future housing densification strategies (including SB9) will undoubtedly transform us from house to housing as we expand residential zoning beyond one single-family.
The event will feature a moderated discussion by Linda Taalman of IT House, Inc with Casita Coalition, Revival Homes, offTop Design and a local homeowner/builder as we tackle low-rise housing from multiple perspectives. This will be followed by an open Q&A allowing audience members the chance to participate. The conversation will recorded and available online later to a wider audience.
Drinks and appetizers will be served before and after the discussion.
100% of ticket proceeds will go towards future programming efforts at the Neutra VDL.
