This low-impact cardio class may help participants improve muscle and bone strength, physical function, aerobic capacity as well as reduce fatigue and anxiety. This class provides you with the knowledge of how to practice the same exercise program in your own home at the end of the 10-week series. This class runs from April 3 through June 12. (no class May 29)
Parking: Free onsite parking
This exercise series utilizes a ten-week format in which each class session builds upon the previous one. It is recommended that participants attend each week for maximum benefit. Instructors demonstrate techniques that can be adapted for home use at the completion of the series. The goal is to provide a framework that empowers individuals to continue on their own to support their healing. Participants may take each series one time.
JamesCare for Life programs are offered free of charge to cancer survivors, including caregivers. Registration is required.
