Join Edie Weinstein and Beth Nolan as they usher you into a bright New Year filled with all sorts of possibilities to live the life of your dreams and desires. These energetic, creative, playful and (some say) wise women are your tour guides as we venture together into the unknown on the other side of the threshold.
This weekend retreat will include:
- A New Years’ Eve Potluck Dinner and Cuddle Party
- Good food
- Delightful company
- A substance free environment
You are welcome to sleep over and wake up the next morning to a community prepared pot luck breakfast and then enjoy group games, ORB (Orgasmic Reflex Breathing), yoga, art, vision board creation and exercises to guide you into calling in your goals and intentions. Rather than the typical New Years’ Resolutions, you can experience ‘Re-soul-utions’ that incorporate body, mind and spirit focus. All of this will occur in a supportive environment with people who will witness and hold space for your growth.
- Date: Saturday December 31 at 6pm-Sunday January 1 at 4pm
- It is being held in a beautiful home in Falls Church, Virginia. We will provide the address once you have registered. There is couch and floor space in front of the fireplace for cozy sleeping arrangements.
- Please bring food to share for dinner, breakfast and lunch
- Since this is an alcohol and drug free event (we will get high on life and each other’s company), please don’t bring it.
- Please bring bedding, towels and toiletries if you want to sleep over.
- For the Cuddle Party, feel free to wear jammies, sweats or yoga clothes.
- For the Vision Board creation, please bring poster board, magazines, glue stick and scissors, although there will be extra supplies handy.
- Investment: $100 for the weekend, which includes accommodations and the workshops (such a bargain!) or if you choose only to come to the Cuddle Party, $30
About Beth and Edie:
Beth Nolan has been in the holistic health field for over 30 years. Starting at a young age, she was trained in applied kinesiology to assist a chiropractor. This experience led to knowledge about nutrition, as well as the body, mind and spirit connection.
Enjoying her work and personal growth, Beth continued training as a massage therapist mastering: Shiatsu and Deep Tissue massage techniques, Reiki and Reflexology. In massage training yoga was encouraged for survival of the massage path. Now yoga is a way for Beth to repair and keep herself relaxed, strong and pain-free. Yoga became a way of life and a medium to teach people about their bodies and spiritual potential.
Today, Beth is an established Health Kinesiologist, Massage Therapist, Dowser and Hatha and Tantra Yoga Instructor. She offers group classes, as well as private yoga sessions in the Northern NJ area. Yoga unfolded the power of breath, breathing properly, breathing deeply and fully to bring the body and mind to their optimum function. The exploration of the science of breath is a spiritual experience achieved through yoga, tantric breathwork and meditation instruction.

Cuddle Party is a fun and playful non-sexual, nurturing touch workshop in which you can practice communication and boundary setting. It can help to enhance all of your relationships and allow you to learn even more about yourself. It is for adults who come dressed in pj's or other comfy clothes and in the 3 1/2 hours we have together, you can practice saying yes to what you want, no to what you don't want and be open to changing your mind. Make friends, create community, expand your horizons, allow yourself the freedom to do something outside your scope of experience. Some people love it so much, that they attend again and again. Join us and find out why!
1-Please arrive before 2pm, since doors close at 2:15pm so we can create safe space to begin. Once the Welcome Circle begins, we will not admit anyone.
2-If you smoke, please do not do so prior to the Cuddle Party, since many, including your facilitator have difficulty with it.
3- Please bring a blanket to help make the floor extra comfy and cozy.
4-Feel free to bring snacks to share.
5-This is a substance free event; no drugs or alcohol.
6- Bring your open heart and open arms.
