ATLANTA/MARIETTA, GA - Family Dynamics Foundation, Inc., of Marietta, GA is hosting an upcoming teen summit titled:  Loving Me More:  I Am Oz on June 3, 2017 at Georgia State University.  


The Summit, which is expected to draw 200 teens ages 11-19, will focus on self-development, confidence building, skill-building, career-development, and jumpstarting financial literacy for youngsters.  A parallel parenting workshop will take place as well covering parenting skills, homework hotlines, and the comforts of home relative to a child's learning environment.

Marietta, GA - "I Am OZ (Overcoming Zeroes)" is the theme of the June 3 Loving Me More Teen Summit to be held Saturday, June 3 at Georgia State University.

The Summit, hosted by Family Dynamics Foundation, Inc., focuses on helping youth make positive decisions that will affect them over their lifetime.  A listing of local and national speakers include the following:

The summit is targeted to teens aged 11 to 19.  However, there will also be parent sessions, interactive sessions with vendors and volunteers, and other surprise guest appearances.

The registration cost is $5 per person and can be paid via EventBrite or by calling 770.821.8808 and leaving a message for phone registration.  Lunch and snacks will also be provided.  Information can also be found on lovingmemore.org

* Teen pregnancy, low self-esteem, increased juvenile delinquency issues with young women, prostitution, and peer pressure;

* Family/domestic violence, parental support, and civic involvement.
