Join us for transformational morning yoga classes in February with Taylor Victoria!
Taylor brings a calm, gentle, and serene vibe to her classes. She completed her 200hr teacher training at the mystical yoga farm in Guatemala. Taylor discovered the physical practice of asana about 10 years ago. Since then she has been on an ever changing journey through the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. Taylor believes in the importance of breath, alignment, slowing it down, and discovering what feels good in your body on that day. Taylor loves to dance and move her body, on a constant exploration of new ways to feel good. Feeling this in her own body through yoga makes her love to assist others in reaching the same states of bliss and gratitude for this beautiful practice.
