After 6 years VVN will be releasing her well anticipated second EP - lovescore., an experimental journey exploring different archetypes of love across six genres.
Accompanied by her full band 'The Origin' and featuring artists such as Shumba Maasai, join us for a rich and immersive experience. Themes of relationships, community, heartbreak, spirituality, culture, mental health and self-love will be woven together through sound, spoken word and live music. About the Artist
Vivienne, known artistically as VVN, is a multifaceted combined-performing artist, singer/songwriter and published poet from London, blending singing, spoken word, movement, acting, and storytelling. Likened to Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu, she grounds her sound in Black British Nigerian identity, singing in both English and Igbo. Her work explores themes of love, spirituality, and healing, reflecting the lived experience of being a neurodivergent Black Woman.
VVN has performed across major UK venues including The Roundhouse, Albany Theatre, and Battersea Arts Centre, and internationally in Ghana, Nigeria, Japan, Thailand, and more. Her upcoming concept EP lovescore. explores different forms of love across neo-soul, Afrofusion and R&B, showcasing her unique blend of cultural storytelling and sonic versatility.
