Event description

Description

If you missed my Feb 12th sold-out talk in partnership with Psychologies magazine and NOW Live Events, this workshop is for you. This is an extended, all-day workshop based around the same themes, allowing us to delve deeper into the areas of self-love, creating lives we love and finding love in a smaller group setting with more time for sharing and one-to-one guidance. Expect to leave with a stronger relationship with yourself, more clarity about your life goals and more awareness of your unhelpful relationship patterns and how to change them.

Watch this video for a flavour of my events: Inspiring London Workshops

If you wanted to attend my Feb 28 event, apologies but it has been postponed. Please come along to this all-day event instead, book onto my next evening workshop on March 27, Challenging Fears, Changing Patterns or sign up at www.howtofallinlove.co.uk to be informed of future events.

Workshop Content:

Do you dream of a better, more fulfilling life? A life of balance and wellbeing; a fulfilling career that you're passionate about; and a healthy relationship with somebody you love and who loves you back?

I know how it feels to want a different life. I know how it feels to want things to change but to be stuck in unhealthy patterns and dead-end relationships. In my former life, I was a binge eater who drank too much, worked too hard at a job I didn't love and who kept falling for unavailable men or commitment-phobes. My relationships all fizzled out or went up in smoke. I kept making the same mistakes and getting the same painful results.

I also know what it takes to change. I now have a more balanced life. I live by the beach and swim in the sea, work at something I'm truly passionate about and I'm engaged to be married to the man I love.

In this evening workshop, I will take you through the steps I took to turn things around - to love myself, love my life and to find love.

Spaces are limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment. My previous talk on this topic sold out.

We will explore the following areas:

*How to tap into the transformative power of self-love and self-care

*How to strengthen your emotional core and connect to your intuition

*How to respect and value yourself so that others do the same

*How to identify and change any unhealthy or unhelpful relationship patterns

*How to find the courage to be yourself and to go after your dreams

If you were looking for the evening version of this workshop originally planned for Feb 28, apologies but I have had to postpone that event. Please come along to this all day event instead or book onto my next evening workshop on March 27, Challenging Fears, Changing Patterns.
