Event description

Description

If you missed my sold-out February talk on this topic in partnership with Psychologies magazine and NOW Live Events, this all-day, small group workshop on Saturday April 21st is for you.

I will guide you through the steps I took to learn to love myself on a deep level after years of disliking and harming myself, to transform my life and career, and to break free from unhealthy relationship patterns and find love.

This workshop is for you if:

*You are struggling to love, value and care for yourself and are prone to self-sabotage

*You know you deserve a more fulfilling life and/or career but need the tools and courage to break free

*You are tired of making the same mistakes in relationships and getting the same results and would like to change so that you can form a happy, healthy partnership

I know how it feels to want a different life - to want things to change but to be stuck in unhealthy patterns and dead-end relationships. And I know what it takes to turn things around.

In my former life, I struggled with low self-esteem. I ate and drank too much, worked too hard at a job I didn't love and kept falling for unavailable men or commitment-phobes. My relationships fizzled out or went up in smoke. I kept making the same mistakes and getting the same painful results.

I now live by the beach, work at a career I'm passionate about and I'm engaged to be married to a lovely man.

My journey of transformation began with learning to truly love myself, but what does self-love actually look like and are we practising it, or are we secretly neglecting or mistreating ourselves? How would our lives and relationships be different if we truly valued, esteemed and trusted ourselves? What if we felt good enough, instead of waiting for others to make us feel good?

This is small group event, with lots of time to dig deep, get clarity, share and receive individual guidance. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Expect to leave with a stronger relationship with yourself, more clarity about your life goals and more awareness of your unhelpful relationship patterns and how to change them.
