Love Yourself - Live Your Vision ALL-DAY Workshop in San Juan Capistrano

Join us for a full day of mindful personal growth and self care, including guided yoga and meditation for all levels, nutrition education, art therapy, and more in a relaxing, nurturing environment.

Attendees will enjoy a full day in a beautiful, serene, and private setting where they can experience personal growth and rejuvenation as they start the new year and new decade.

Immerse yourself into a day of setting your intention for the rest of the year while learning how to love yourself more completely by taking care of your mental, emotional, and physical needs. The day will include many resources and opportunities to explore the many ways we can nurture our personal growth while enjoying the process. Delicious breakfast and lunch included. Megan and Tonyah met at a spiritual maturity class, and after realizing their shared passion for helping others and creating community, this workshop series came to life!​​

Tonyah Dee is a Registered Dietitian, meditation teacher, and creator of YahLight Daily Meditation and Prayer Practices.​

Megan Yoo Schneider is a certified yoga instructor, lover of people, and passionate about creating a community of love and support. Megan is a chemical/civil/environmental engineer who thrives on helping people become the best that they can be, and she balances her professional career with a plethora of creative activities, including cooking, baking, crafting, gardening, and art. ​
