Cece Ojany-Bekhor

Cece Ojany-Bekhor is a wellness and leadership coach for the trailblazers of the world. She teaches leaders like you how to BE well & DO well. How can you truly enjoy your personal life, while making a lasting impact professionally? Cece shows you how, in her 3-month coaching program for individuals & during 1-day and 2-day workshops in organizations. She has coached at Google, Safaricom, ICRAF, Nairobi Garage, Pernod-Ricard, Green Belt Movement to name a few.

Shiko Nguru

Shiko Nguru is a Kenyan content creator who runs a Parenting & Lifestyle YouTube channel called The Green Calabash. She publishes weekly videos on her channel featuring her fun little family and offering viewers a raw and lighthearted insight into a typical urban, young Nairobi household. The Green Calabash weekly vlogs currently average 10,000 views per video and was was recently picked as one of Caroline Mutoko's top 4 VLOGs to watch.

Taruri Gatere

Tarurî Gatere is an NLP Coach, Systemic Worker and overall creative being. Through her coaching business, FLYT (Freely Live Your Truth) Coaching, she helps her clients access their inner truth and live authentically. She also holds Divine Feminine Workshops, guiding women to discover their inner 'goddess'. She is the founder of The Kenyan Vegan, a blog and Facebook page where she shares vegan recipes and lifestyle tips, as well as Flawnt It, a body positive movement that helps people love, accept and flaunt their perceived flaws. Her mission in life is to empower individuals to live boldly and unapologetically.

Wangu Kanja:

Carjacked and brutally assaulted, Wangu was shattered. Years later, she has resiliently risen above her trauma and now reaches out to those in need. From the challenges and stigma she went through, Wangu founded The Wangu Kanja Foundation that supports survivors of sexual violence to access medical, psychological, legal redress as well as to create awareness. Her vision is to build a society that is safe and free from all forms of violence. She has been a guest speaker in forums on human and women's rights both nationally and internationally.

No, all ages are welcome, although some of the content of the talks may not be suitable for children.

Parking is available on the 11th floor of the main parking lot at 14 Riverside.
