Balcones is teaming up with Milo All Day for our 2nd annual Valentine’s Pairing Dinner. Tickets are $95 per person and there will be (2) two seatings – 5:30 pm and 7:45pm. The 4-course menu will include Crispy Pork Belly with Mustang Grape Mostarda, Roasted Duck with Red Beets & Potato Pave and Beef Tallow Ice Cream with Black Truffle, Baby Blue Foam and Olive Oil – all perfectly paired with a variety of Balcones Cocktails and pours.
