Love My Body Again: 21 Days of Meditation to Live Your Best Healthy Life Now” targets women who are displeased with their current bodies and feel disappointed with what they see in the mirror. The book guides them along a proven process to help them learn to put themselves first, make their health a priority and become a happier, healthier and more confident version of themselves. The book emphasizes the power and beauty of women’s bodies, and helps women move from guilt, shame and negative body consciousness. The “Love My Body Again” book signing will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The event will feature delectable dishes prepared by Chef Dee Dee, owner of Cooking with a Twist, the Musician Wives will feature their keynote Peach Moscato, décor designed by Tomeka Paul, owner of Ooh La La Exquisite Events and a live performance by contemporary jazz saxophonist J Sylvester.
