Agenda

Adam Henderson | Millennial Mindset Creator | The new rules of engagement for a rapidly evolving workforce

After working in marketing and advertising for almost a decade, Adam has been on the front line of the digital transformation of some of the world’s biggest brands that include Jaguar Land Rover, British Gas, Associated Press, Natwest & Royal Bank of Scotland. During this time he saw the tremendous impact technology was having on people and the fundamental changes this was having on their behaviours and ways of working.

For many years businesses have acknowledged a dramatic shift in consumer behaviour and have been making dramatic changes to ensure they stay relevant to this rapidly changing audience. However, far fewer have done the same changeinternally with their employees, which is now starting to cause real issues for many traditional businesses as they are finding it hard to attract, engage and retain a new type of employee who wants to work differently, largely due to the impact of technology. A change of behaviour that started with the Millennial generation is now spreading across the wider workforce and is forcing businesses to evolve if they are to remain competitive in a global marketplace of talent. A prominent Writer, TEDx Speaker, Internal Change Consultant and Founder of the Millennial Mindset, Adam will explore this evolving employee, what this means for businesses and what they need to do moving forward.
