Love is Brewing this Valentine's Day at Rusty Nickel Brewing Co.

Join us for a romantic evening of brewing & dining as we guide you and your date through a mini learn-to-brew plus a paired beer dinner.

Your reservation for two includes:

• A ‘mini brew’ to share PLUS a commemorative growler to take home, filled with your brew!
  Learn-to-brew with Head brewer, Dave Johnson, as he leads you through the majority of a 'mini brew'. You will take the brew, which will be at the beginning stage of fermentation, home in a commemorative growler. Care instructions included!
  

• Light Hors d'oeuvres, available throughout the evening to enjoy

• Two beverages per person

• A guided four-course meal with four beer pairings per person.
  The food will be prepared and presented by Kitchen Manager, Marcus Hunger & Owner, Nate Springer of the Ebenezer Ale House and paired with Rusty Nickel beers:
  

  1. Filet Sliders topped with horseradish cream sauce, served with pomme frites
  2. Slab Bacon Tacos with braised bacon, charred scallion cream sauce, mango salsa, shredded lettuce, queso fresco
  3. Crab & Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms - lemon hollandaise sauce
  4. Stuffed Brie - dates, caramelized onions, mushrooms, toasted pecans, garlic crostinis

Please note, this event will be enjoyed for the complete 3.5-hours, as required by the mini-brew timeline.

Do I need to purchase two 2 tickets, one 1 for myself and one 1 my date?

No, one (1) ticket includes the reservation for two (2) people.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you may show your ticket electronically

What should I wear?

Guests will be working with a mini version of brewing equipment; closed toe shoes will be required during the brewing portions of the evening.
