Races Start @ 9AM

Races End around 3PM

Ways to Register

✪ TEAM: 21 - 25 people (build as you go, we can help fill spots on roster)

GROUP: 10 or less people (can always upgrade to team, will be paired to form full teams)

INDIVIDUAL: Join the paddlers pool to be assigned to a team. We always have teams looking for paddlers!

DIVISIONS:

Teams will register under the Mixed Division to comply with IDBF rules and regulations. In a mixed division there must be at least 8 women per team. *Pending registration a Womens, Mens, or BCS Division & challenges may be added to the races.


CHALLENGES:

We will have prizes for the Top teams in challenges: Charity, Scholastic, Louisville, Visiting Teams, and Grand Champion.


FEES:

EARLY REGISTRATION FEES - Now through March 1st!

$800 to register a team

$400 for traveling teams

$40 per paddler


March 2nd - Sept 1st

$1000 or $50 deposit to start a team

or $50 per paddler

$500 for traveling teams

TO START A TEAM:

All you need is:

A Team Captain (festival's contact person for your team)

Team Name (can be changed up to Sept. 1st)

Full registration fee $1000 or make $50 deposit and collect individual fee from each paddler. (Due by Aug. 25th)

You can build the team as you go.

Maximum 25 people per team, minimum 20 paddlers and 1 drummer.


PLEASE NOTE:

*Captain's should register their team or group.

*$50 minimum deposit to start team or group.

*Build team or group as you go.

*We can help fill spots on your team best with early notice.

*To start a GROUP will be the same as starting a team, please follow the same process.


Must request refund by Aug. 25th

Event is Rain or Shine, unless severe weather

Then we reschedule for the following day (Sept. 9th).
