Stand Up For Offshore Energy
The U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management will be holding a public meeting on Wednesday, November 9 in Metairie, Louisiana to discuss its recently released Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement.
It’s critical that energy supporters and industry voices attend to show their support for offshore energy development and seismic surveying. The future of energy development in the Gulf region may depend on it! The International Association of Geophysical Contractors (IAGC) will be holding a Seismic Workshop at 3 p.m. in the Wyndham so attendees can learn more about seismic surveying before heading to the hearing starting at 4 p.m.
Please join us to support new offshore energy exploration and development, beginning with BOEM approval of seismic surveying.
The door will be open at 1:00 p.m. to welcome attendees with coffee and light refreshments.
Energy Citizens/Energy Nation Hosted Lunch: Serving begins at 2:30 p.m. and will run through the duration of the hearing.
