About Louisiana Cuisine: Learn how to cook Cajon, Creole, and understand the influences of cultures that shape these styles. We will learn the cooking methods including Roux, one pot procedures, blackening techniques, and the flavor components.
About Edible Adventures: Hosted at our culinary schools in Oklahoma City North, Moore and Tulsa, these short classes are taught by Platt College’s professional chefs. They’re great for couples sharing a fun date, for nights out with the girls, or for families with limited time who don’t want to enroll in an entire course requiring a long commitment. These courses teach you a variety of basic cooking techniques that can have you preparing meals for your family and friends in no time.
