Chef Isaac Toups, Bravos Top Chef finalist and chef/owner of Toups South and Toups Meatery in New Orleans, will collaborate with Food & Wine “Best Chef in NYC” Sarah Simmons to host an authentic Louisiana Crawfish Boil Dinner, bringing the real Mardi Gras experience to New York City!

Taking place Tuesday, February 28th, the ticketed dinner will take place at Sarah’s popular Manhattan restaurant Birds & Bubbles, where the talented Southern culinary duo invite diners to come and get their hands dirty eating some real deal Louisiana crawfish and Southern snacks.

The event is open to the public and will have seatings at 6:30pm and 7:30pm; tickets are priced at $45 per person and include one cocktail.
