How many Attendees will this event host?
Typically, we see hundreds (657 to be exact, at the last event) of Attendees at this type of event, we have seen thousands at several events.
Are there information sessions or guest speakers?
Yes, indeed there is. We have several speakers and free workshops/sessions planned throughout different fields of expertise. We will also have a Social Media Lab.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, the printed ticket makes it easier to find your registration. It's not required but it helps.
What is the refund policy?
Cancelation can be done by email or fax. A $50 nonrefundable fee will be deducted from original payments. Processing of refunds may take up to thirty days. Refunds may be returned back to the original charge card or by check. Please ensure a mailing address is provided. In the event of a cancellation of the expo; refunds will be processed up to 30 days of the event date.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, just contact us prior to the event so that the change can be noted.
Can I speak at one of the breakout sessions?
Each year, we carefully evaluate our breakout sessions so that they are editorially driven and provide the most value to the entire audience. Once we pick the topics, we then reach out to speakers that we feel will not only be able to deliver an impactful presentation, but help drive attendance as well. If you are interested, please feel free to suggest a topic. Most importantly, whether or not you are a speaker you will still be able to connect with our audience by being there as an exhibitor.
How are booth locations chosen?
Exhibitors each receive a map (once we have the layout) Booths are assigned in order in which the exhibitors signed up (so the earlier you sign up, the more likely that you will get a preference). We do our best to get everyone as close to one of their preferences as possible. Diamond Sponsors have priority in placement.
Is there a nonprofit rate?
There are 15 free booths. Non-profits may split a table with another nonprofit, thereby lowering their rate.
Who will be exhibiting?
Each year, we see a cross section of the greater Louisville Metro business community exhibit, from IT and marketing companies, to representatives from hospitality and finance (we see it all). We like this to be a representation of the total business community, rather than focus on a single sector.
Is the hosting/promotional company from out of town?
No. The Biz Store is the Host Company and the owners live in the Louisville Metro Area. They Eat, Live, Play, and Worship right here along other residents in this great area.

Hubs are commonly used to connect segments of businesses. “Our objective is to help make small businesses more efficient and more profitable”. We do so by providing small business consulting and advisory assistance to assist small businesses in solving problems and overcoming challenges by providing resources.
