Calling all Veterans and Active Military who suffer from PTSD or other anxiety disorders. The War Memorial Center has created a series of holistic and creative therapy workshops to help ease and minimize the symptoms of PTSD. Each course is designed with your mental health in mind, learn to strengthen your mental fitness by simply changing your routine. Each class is held here at WMC, a place where you can get outside of your head and find peace in creating.

Photography class is being taught by one of MKE's famous photographers, Mike Miller of Mike Miller Images, view his work here https://mikemillerimages.com/projects You will learn the art of lighting, angles, editing, on your smart phone what makes a quality photo come to life.

You'll be shooting street, environmental portrait and nature photography right from your smart phones!

Photography allows you to express yourself, but also helps bring focus to positive life experiences, enhances your self worth, and reduces the stress hormone cortisol.

Bring your smart phones! Parking, snacks, and refreshments provided.
