Event Details

Teens in the Columbia Links journalism and news literacy program housed at Columbia College Chicago will present their findings on the cradle-to-prison pipeline faced by African-American and Latino young men at a town hall meeting, “Lost Boys Black & Brown,” at 5:30 p.m., November 12 at Stage Two, 618 S. Michigan Ave., Chicago. The town hall will be moderated by WBEZ South Side Bureau reporter Natalie Moore.

Links’ investigative team (I-Team) of six Chicago high school students has been reporting on this topic since the summer. A panel of adult thought leaders will join the discussion. Audience members will be able to ask questions of students and adults.
