About this event
Join On the Move Riders Program as we commemorate the nation's observance of Older Americans Month in May.
This year's theme is Age My Way, an opportunity for all of us to explore the many ways older adults can remain in and be involved with their communities.
Join us in the month of May for special activities tailored to our older adult riders. In collaboration with Metro Art Moves, On the Move Riders Program invites you on an in-person art and architectural tour of Union Station on Wednesday, May 25th from 10-11am.
Metro Art Moves provides free tours of the art and architecture at Union Station. Tours are led by trained Metro Art Docent Council volunteers and provide insights into the artworks, artists and art-making processes.
The tours meet at Union Station. You will receive the meet up location after your RSVP is confirmed.
All Metro tours are accessible to persons with disabilities. ADA accommodations and translation are available by calling 213.922.2299 at least 72 hrs in advance.
Masks are required while riding transit and in indoor transit stations, including Union Station, in accordance with the LA County Department of Public Health order.
