Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no ID requirement, and the event is for all ages!

What Are The COVID Policies? Are Masks or Vaccines Required?

We are taking all steps necessary in order to keep all attendees safe! Vaccines & Masks are not required per California state laws to enter but are encouraged.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets and Tables are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will scan your QR Code in your confirmation e-mail at the door! 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

For car transportation, there are thousands of parking spots and lots at the Pasadena Convention Center! For public transportation, there are train and bus stops right next to the venue!
