It is holiday season for most of us, and what a wonderfully joyous time of year it is. Many of us get to spend time with our families, some of which we haven't seen since last holiday season. It is also the time of year when many of us indulge in foods, and activities that are not very healthy. I mean who can really resist the extra cheesy macaroni and cheese, marshmellow topped candied yams, and honey glazed ham, perfectly juicy/crispy turkey. To add to poor eating, some of us get really stressed this time of year. Trying to decide on the perfect gift for your loved ones can be very stressful. Further putting your body in a precarious state.
If any of what I just stated were true, then I can safely assume that your New Year's resolution will be to eliminate stress and loose weight. #right
