Roberta Russell is the author of the book “R.D. Laing & Me: Lessons in Love,” Hillgarth Press, 1992, A successful long-term weight-loss story herself, Roberta is the founder of the New York Calorie and Exercise and Exercise Logging Groups and the award-winning Mutual Alliance Therapy Workshops.
