About this event

Loneliness and isolation can leave us feeling empty and without hope.

We often feel stuck in our own thoughts and don’t know how to release ourself

of these painful feelings. In this series we learn Buddha’s advice on the real cause

of loneliness and how to free our mind through love. Join us for this October series.
